English title:	ADAPTATION OF THE ACCELERATOR ALGORITHM y (ARy) TO THE AFFINE-LATTICE STRUCTURE APPLIED TO THE TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES IN SANTANDER (COLOMBIA).
Spanish title:	ADECUACI�N DEL ALGORITMO ACELERADOR y (ARy ) A LA ESTRUCTURA AFFINE-LATTICE APLICADO AL TRATAMIENTO Y PREVENCION DE ENFERMEDADES CARDIOVASCULARES EN SANTANDER (COLOMBIA).
English abstract:	Adaptive filters are adjustable structures with the ability to automatically change their response, improving their performance. They incorporate algorithms that allow the filter coefficients to adapt to the statistical parameters of the signal. The Accelerator algorithm versi�n (AR ), in combination with Affine, offers good results in adaptability, mismatch, tracking ability, and reduction of final measurement error. It is a filter with good behavior between convergence speed and the inherent residual error of the filter. The Lattice structure has a reduced number of coefficients, allowing large data blocks to be modeled in real-time. Its structural equations, forward-backward predictors, and reflection coefficients compatible with the affine combination supported in the Accelerator algorithm (AR ) describe the Affine-Lattice structure, which offers properties such as minimizing prediction error, allowing the determination of areas with dominant frequency that cause atrial fibrillation (irregular convulsive movements of the atria due to the large number of stimuli acting on them). This has great utility in the field of biomedical prevention. It is important to consider the scope of the applicability of this important technique for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in specific contexts.
Spanish abstract:	Los filtros adaptativos, son estructuras ajustables con capacidad de cambiar su respuesta autom�ticamente mejorando su desempe�o; incorporan algoritmos que permiten adaptar los coeficientes del filtro a los par�metros estad�sticos de la se�al. El algoritmo Acelerador versi�n (AR ) en combinaci�n Affine ofrece buenos resultados en adaptabilidad, desajuste, capacidad de seguimiento (tracking), reducci�n del error de medida final; es un filtro con buen comportamiento entre velocidad de convergencia y el error residual inherente al filtro. La estructura Lattice tiene un n�mero reducido de coeficientes permitiendo que grandes bloques de datos puedan ser modelados en tiempo real; sus ecuaciones estructurales, los predictores de avance-retroceso, sus coeficientes de reflexi�n compatibles con la combinaci�n affine soportada en el algoritmo Acelerador (AR ) describen la estructura Affine-Lattice que ofrece propiedades como minimizar el error de predicci�n lo que permite determinar zonas con frecuencia dominante causantes de fibrilaci�n cardiaca (movimientos irregulares convulsivos de las aur�culas debidos al gran n�mero de est�mulos actuando sobre ellas) con gran utilidad en el campo de la prevenci�n biom�dica. Importante considerar los alcances de la aplicabilidad de esta importante t�cnica a la prevenci�n y al tratamiento de enfermedades cardiovasculares en contextos espec�ficos.
