English title:	Clustering and geospatial visualization of innovation indicators in the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Regional Antioquia, Colombia

English abstract:	Science, technology, and innovation activities are related to the execution of actions that involve research, experimental development, support for training and education and the offer of scientific and technological services, innovation activities, scientific and technological services, administration and other management activities, which are carried out by public and private entities to contribute to the generation and appropriation of knowledge. In this sense, due to the exponential increase that has had the generation of new knowledge products at the educational level and in order to respond to an evident need to contribute to the development of the productive sector in Colombia, through the SENNOVA Research System of Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje both the human and technological resources available to the entity to contribute to the economic and social growth of the region are being used to potentialize. Considering the above, in the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Regional Antioquia, Colombia, work is being done to visualize a data analytics model for measuring innovation indicators, where the different categories of science, technology and innovation activities are graphically identified. These activities have been worked on in recent years in the entity to facilitate the measurement and analysis of the results obtained from the perspective of descriptive statistics and data science. Among the indicators used are the management and productivity processes of projects executed in the entity over a period of time, to which techniques such as K-means grouping, and principal component analysis were applied. These techniques allowed the selected indicators to be grouped. Python folium was used as a visualization tool to generate graphical comparisons between the different centers of the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Regional Antioquia, Colombia, in a given period of time. It was observed that, through the techniques used, there is greater ease of interpretation, comparison, and analysis of statistical results and data analytics in measuring indicators of science, technology, and innovation activities compared to information visualization tools conventionally used.
Spanish abstract:	Las actividades de ciencia, tecnolog�a e Innovaci�n se relacionan con la ejecuci�n de acciones que involucran la investigaci�n, el desarrollo experimental, el apoyo a la formaci�n y la capacitaci�n y oferta de servicios cient�ficos y tecnol�gicos, actividades de innovaci�n, servicios cient�ficos y tecnol�gicos, la administraci�n y otras actividades de gesti�n, las cuales son realizadas por entidades p�blicas y privadas para aportar a la generaci�n y apropiaci�n del conocimiento. En este sentido, debido al aumento exponencial que ha tenido la generaci�n de productos de nuevo conocimiento a nivel educativo y en pro de dar respuesta a una necesidad evidente de aportar al desarrollo del sector productivo en Colombia, a trav�s del Sistema de Investigaci�n SENNOVA del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje se potencializan tanto los recursos humanos como tecnol�gicos con los que cuenta la entidad para aportar al crecimiento econ�mico y social de la regi�n. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, en la regional Antioquia del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje se est� trabajando en el desarrollo de la visualizaci�n de un modelo de anal�tica de datos para la medici�n de indicadores de innovaci�n, donde se identifique de manera gr�fica las diferentes categor�as de actividades de ciencia, tecnolog�a e innovaci�n que se vienen trabajando en los �ltimos a�os en la entidad, con el prop�sito de facilitar la medici�n y an�lisis de los resultados obtenidos desde las perspectiva tanto de la estad�stica descriptiva como de la ciencia de datos. Entre los indicadores utilizados se encuentran los procesos de gesti�n y productividad de proyectos ejecutados en la entidad en un periodo de tiempo, a los que se aplicaron t�cnicas tales como agrupaci�n por K-means y an�lisis de componentes principales , que permitieron agrupar los indicadores seleccionados. Se utiliz� folium de Python como herramienta de visualizaci�n que permite generar comparaciones de manera gr�fica entre los diferentes centros Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, Regional Antioquia, Colombia, en un periodo de tiempo determinado. Se observ� que, mediante las t�cnicas empleadas, se presenta mayor facilidad de interpretaci�n, comparaci�n y an�lisis de resultados estad�sticos y de anal�tica de datos en la medici�n de indicadores de actividades de ciencia, tecnolog�a e innovaci�n frente a herramientas de visualizaci�n de la informaci�n usadas convencionalmente.
