The 2nd MRN is carried out in the Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo in the Parque Tech, Bloque 8, Auditorio Luis Alberto Cartagena Londoño, Robledo neighborhood, Calle 73 # 73A – 226, situated next to the mall La Florida; it is 45 minutes from José María Córdoba International Airport and 25 minutes from Olaya Herrera Airport, close to the North Transport terminal, and Atanasio Girardot stadium. Moreover, it is one step away from Carlos E Restrepo, Floresta, and Laureles bar and restaurant zones.

The José María Córdova International Airport has direct connections with almost all Colombia towns; moreover, have connections with some cities of Perú, Panamá, Curaçao, Costa Rica, The Dominican Republic, Mexico, the United Estate of America, and Spain.
