English title:	Research seedbeds as actors in inclusion processes
Spanish title:	Semilleros de investigaci�n como actores en procesos de inclusi�n
English abstract:	It is well known that research systems exclude research seedbeds, or at least consider them as second class; one of the factors, perhaps the most relevant, is the cost of acquiring equipment or its use (testing costs). This problem has been solved by the research groups, designing and building low-cost equipment, which, although they do not have the precision of equipment of recognized brands, has been calibrated and standardized by using data processing techniques such as the application of artificial intelligence; an experience was achieved with the Research Seedbed UFPS-FORISTOM on Instrumentation and Materials (SIUFIM), which by means of neural networks was able to process and obtain reliable data on temperature, humidity and power consumption of a system for the development of an incubator with low energy consumption using a very low-cost Arduino card.
Spanish abstract:	Es bien sabido que los sistemas de investigaci�n excluyen a los semilleros de investigaci�n, o por lo menos los consideran de segunda clase; uno de los factores, quiz�s el m�s relevante es el costo de adquisici�n de equipos o de su uso (costos de ensayos). Este problema se ha venido solucionando por los semilleros de investigaci�n, dise�ando y construyendo equipos de bajo costo, que, si bien no tienen la precisi�n de equipos de marcas reconocidas, se han podido calibrar y homologar, mediante la utilizaci�n de t�cnicas de procesamiento de datos tales como la aplicaci�n de inteligencia artificial; una experiencia se consigui� con el semillero de Investigaci�n UFPS-FORISTOM en Instrumentaci�n y Materiales (SIUFIM), que por medio de redes neuronales se pudo procesar y obtener datos confiables de temperatura humedad y potencia consumida de un sistema para el desarrollo de una incubadora de bajo consumo de energ�a utilizando una tarjeta Arduino de muy bajo costo.
